Whether you have been using gyms for years or are totally new to exercise, we can help you get the most from your exercise routine.

            NEW TO EXERCISE

 

Not used a gym before?

No problem

Our instructors are here and happy to help. We will show you how to use all the equipment safely and effectively and work out a programme to suit you. The best way to start an exercise programme is to take it slow and steady. We would start you with just a few machines and then as you gain strength and fitness your programme will change to push you further. Your programme will be written down for you so you can follow it each time you come in.

                 MONITORING YOUR PROGRESS

 

As you get used to exercising, you will notice quickly how much better you feel and also the changes in your body shape.

 

We can help you monitor those changes by doing regular weigh & measure checks

 

This is all part of your membership.

           LADIES ONLY
 
We know that many ladies avoid joining gyms becuse they feel uncomfortable exercising in the same environment as men.
 
Our ladies only gym is fully equipped with all the cardio, resistence and free weights you need to help improve your health & fitness and change your body shape. And our female instructors are there to help in any way we can.

Please note, men are allowed to take part in the classes held within the ladies gym
